Coiling for Lyme

Trying to cure one case of Lyme Disease

Shifting Gears

For the past 6 weeks, I’ve been pushing my limits on increasing the coiling sessions. I had some time once my dad was feeling better to ramp up my treatment. I didn’t go wild, mind you. I’ve been increasing the time of the treatment steadily but not rapidly. The goal was to get as far as I could without damaging my insides from the Herxes.

During these weeks, I’ve had more pain, more fatigue, more headaches, more breathing problems, generally more difficulty. I attribute that to insufficient detoxing. Otherwise, these symptoms would have come and gone.

I’ve made some plans for the summer, starting in two weeks. Now I’m figuring out my coiling program. This Wednesday, I’ll reach 5 minutes of coiling for Lyme on my abdomen. That’s the last increase for a while. After that it’s maintenance with the coil machine and detoxing the best I can. I’d like to be able to interact with people over the summer, spend some time with my sister and her family, have visitors stay in my apartment in July. Summer is usually my best season, healthwise. I don’t want to ruin it by Herxing a ton.

Besides, I’m expecting things to get much worse come Autumn. My body could use a break before the next heavy round when the Lyme bacteria hit me full force. My heart could use some rebuilding in the meantime.

Coiling

I only did the dailies today.

  • Babesia
    • liver, 5 minutes
    • chest, 5 minutes
    • ilium, 1 minute each side
    • knees/elbows, 1 minute
    • shoulders w/ blades, 1 minutes each side
  • Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes; chest, 2 minutes; face, 2 minutes

Detox

The weather is warm and muggy and I’ve been feeling overheated (beyond what can be attributed to the weather). So I’ve been using the BioMat on the no heat setting (and sweating a lot anyway). I can’t tell if it’s doing anything.

  • homeopathic support
  • kombucha
  • juiced greens
  • skin brushing
  • BioMat (no heat setting 3 hours)
  • castor oil pack on liver

Body

I was wiped out today. Yesterday I knew today would be bad as the Bartonella Herx began. I planned on sleeping in and doing nothing.

I had one night sweat last night, shirt changer but not a major drencher. I slept over 9 hours. It was nice.

This morning I was okay for a while, despite an unexpected bout of heartburn. I had a lot of floaters in my vision, enough that as they move, I think I see something in my peripheral vision.

Around noon, I got overwhelmingly tired and spent the rest of the day on my back. I was hot and uncomfortable but not sleepy. I’ve had no apetite all day and probably ate less than I should.

I finally got up at 5pm and had a lot of chest pain. My heart was pounding and my pulse was irregular. I took magnesium and calcium and salt. Then I curled up in a ball and waited for an hour. By the end of the hour, I was down to a mild ache in my chest.

I’m moving in slow motion, trying to rest a lot. I’m going to my acupuncturist in the morning. I’m hoping she can fix me up.
