Coiling for Lyme

Trying to cure one case of Lyme Disease

NYC Aches and Pains

I’m back in NYC and I can feel it. Last night, I cut my blog entry short because my arms felt weak and shaky. This morning I woke up with numbness followed by tingling in both arms down to the fingers and in the bottom half of my right leg. The weather here doesn’t agree with me.

I was in bed or otherwise horizontal until noon when I got enough energy to get dressed and go food shopping. I followed that with errands in the neighborhood. Since then, I’ve been exhausted but my mind is still all over the place. I can’t quite sit still. So I shredded old documents. It’s one way to pass the time.

Tonight, I’m overtired. I have a cough. My joints have been very achy since late afternoon. My lower back hurts. My abdomen is swollen. I’ve got floaters in my eyes and a headache on the right side of my head. I’m headed back to bed in a few minutes because I’m so tired. It’s been a long time since I’ve been keeping track of all these symptoms, and I can’t say I enjoy paying attention to them.

Meanwhile, having gone shopping, I’m drinking kombucha again. Otherwise, I haven’t been detoxing the way I know I need to if I want to keep ahead of all the symptoms.

I coiled a full session for Bartonella today. I’m hoping that helps calm things down.
