Snow and Rain

It’s one of those good  news — bad news kind of days. On the kidney stone activity, we’re going to wait a week and a day before the procedure to remove it. This is primarily because I’m not doubled over in pain at the moment, so we’re giving it a little more time to pass. I’m pretty happy about waiting because it gives the herbal concoction I’m taking a bit […]

Is this the kidney stone?

I’ve been having a hard time today. I woke up after 9.5 hours sleeping (yeah for sleep!) with severe pain in my hands and feet. Body Update Last night was a doozy. My headache extended into my neck. I couldn’t sleep for hours, even as I lay in bed with my eyes closed trying to get comfortable. When I finally fell asleep, I woke up over and over with disturbing dreams. (I lost my only pair of shoes and searched until I woke up.)  I finally got in a few hours between 6 and 9:30am. […]

Building the Coil Machine

In mid-December, I ordered a coil machine. I purchased an amplifier (sometimes they’re pretty cheap on eBay). Unfortunately, most stores were on back order until the middle to end of January. I called every online store until I found the last one available for sale in the continental United States. Both parts arrived in December. Last night, the coil and the capacitor box arrived. I spent this morning hooking up […]
