This week I condensed my Lyme coiling schedule. My hope was that I could have the Herx earlier and be free for the Christmas holidays. So far so good. I coiled my legs on Monday, my hips and trunk on Tuesday, and my spine and head on Wednesday. (See the full protocol for exact locations.)
On Thursday morning, my back was bothering me. By evening, I got the big headache. It was pretty intense and lasted through most of today. The pain has now descended into my spine. I could feel each and every vertebra hurt all day long. All day I’ve been tired and the muscles in my back hurt. I’m glad I did it this way because I’m hoping that by tomorrow, it will clear up.
In the meantime, I find that I can’t do as much with my nephew or all the adults on days like this. Mostly I want to rest. But I did manage to go for a walk with my nephew in a stroller. It was nice to be outside. Then later on, I put him down for a nap. It is nice to cuddle with a sleepy little person.
