When I lived in Japan for four months back in college, I kept a daily journal for the first 30 or 40 days. After a while, I realized I needed to use every moment to experience life. Later on I could reflect and record.
That’s how I’m feeling tonight. I spent the whole day with my nephew, most of the day with my sister, and a big chunk of the day with my brother-in-law. I had a great time with all of them. There was time to relax (but not to nap) and time to hang out. It was nice to spend so much time with people.
Coiling
I’m on the road. No coil machine in sight.
Detox
I’m doing the bare minimum of stuff that can easily be procured away from home or carried on an airplane.
- lemon water
- skin brushing
Body
I had a night sweat after dawn (but long before I was ready to get out of bed). I was pretty achy and lethargic for about 2 hours after I got out of bed.
The key issues today were: midday somnolence, low back pain, headache, eye pain, light sensitivity, mild earache, upper back and shoulder pain.
Tonight, I also had some pain in my legs and lower joints (hips, knees, ankles, feet).
The cloudy urine that started yesterday was gone by noon.
My estimate is that the three days of co-infection coiling are working their way out of my system. Still haven’t reached the tail end of the Lyme Herx, but it was a fairly mild one, so I can coil for Lyme again when I get home.
