Coiling for Lyme

Trying to cure one case of Lyme Disease

Getting settled

It’s so nice to be with my sister and my nephew. I love them both very much. I’ve noticed that I’ve gotten quieter over the years. I prefer to look and listen and learn before asking questions.

My nephew is so delightful. He smiles so big and happy when he catches my eye. He’s got a lot of life to him and has the volume to match. Such a sweet child.

I spent part of the day recuperating from the car trip with a very long nap (2+ hours), after which I was groggy but my joints were much better. I spent the morning with my mother returning the rental car then doing some food shopping. This afternoon and evening, after Mom left, I was with Helen, learning how she interacts with her son so that I can move and talk to him in ways he’ll find familiar. I don’t expect myself to do everything the same way, but I want him to be comfortable with me when we are alone.

This evening, I went to set up my coil machine. I got it all hooked up only to discover there was no three-pronged outlet in the room. Then I had to disconnect all the wires while my sister hunted for an outlet for me to use. The location is not ideal because machine is in her main living space, but that’s where the outlet is. I set it up a second time (faster than the first time today, and much, much faster than when I put it together originally when all the parts arrived in my home). Before I use it, I’m careful to turn off all the electrical items in the room, lamps, tv, etc, and remove the laptop. I’m being excessively cautious, but I don’t want to make any mistakes with her stuff.

Tomorrow, I’ll start juicing. I’ll set up the BioMat. I’ll get into a routine of sorts. Little by little I’m getting settled.

Coiling

Even though I haven’t done Bartonella in a few days, I’m starting simply. I’ll add it in tomorrow.

  • Babesia, chest, 5 minutes; abdomen, 5 minutes; ilium, 1 minute each side; knees/elbows, 1 minute
  • Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes; chest, 2 minutes; face, 2 minutes

Detox

  • homeopathic support
  • kombucha
  • skin brushing
  • nap (2+ hours)

Body

I had a hard time staying asleep last night. I had one minor night sweat and lots of trouble regulating my temperature. If I have a hard time again tonight, I’ll have to change the blanket.

I was very tired this morning, achy and headachy. I needed that nap. Then, even though I felt a little slow, I was in much better shape. I’m pretty tired still, but I did have sufficient energy to put the machine together before I reached my limit.

Tonight, I have a bit of a headache again. I’ve had light sensitivity all day. It’s bothering me a little more now, so I’m getting off the computer.
