(Tuesday’s post)

In the Williamsburg area of Virginia, there have been thunderstorms all week. In between, it’s very hot (around 88 deg F) and very humid. All the weather changes are bothering my joints more and more.

Fortunately, my sister took me out to dinner to thank me for helping out with her son. It took my mind off all the aches and pains and was a nice time to connect some more.

I’m abbreviated my Babesia because I was so tired when got back from dinner.

  • Bartonella, chest, 2 minutes; abdomen, 5 minutes
  • Babesia, knees/elbows, 1 minute; liver, 10 minutes
  • Candida, face, 2 minutes; chest, 2 minutes; abdomen, 10 minutes

  • homeopathic support
  • kombucha
  • juicing
  • skin brushing
  • nap

Night sweat. Joint aches. Back ache. Headache. Light sensitivity. Floaters in vision. Hand pain. Fatigue. Abdominal cramps. Rib pain.
