Last night was fabulous. I met people after Margaux’s play. A few liked the chapbook I laid out for her and might want my assistance. No hard asks or new projects. Just possibilities for the future.
Meanwhile, I spent today slowing down. Lots of time in my pjs on the BioMat. I went out for a little while to see a friend, but that was my only “activity”. I’m just getting on the computer for the first time today.
I thought I would do some extra coiling or take extra time to detox or eat well. Didn’t happen. As I slowed down, I found myself needing time to unwind my mind first, then my body. So I didn’t eat enough. I didn’t take all my supplements. I only coiled twice today.
I guess that’s what it takes to downshift from the action-packed, people-filled summer and transition to making my health my number one priority again.
Coiling
- Babesia, ilium, 1 minute each side; knees/elbows, 1 minute; liver, 5 minutes; chest, 5 minutes
- Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes; chest, 2 minutes
Detox
- skin brushing
- juiced greens
- BioMat (2 hours in 2 sittings, level 2)
- welchol (1 dose, 1 pill)
Body
The rash is starting to calm down. I didn’t wake up itchy in the middle of the night. No night sweat. (It helps that the weather is cooling off, but that’s never a guarantee.)
I was tired and slow today. Out of focus. My lower spine hurt in varying intensities over the course of the day.
Tonight, my main complaint is a headache with eye pain and light sensitivity. It’s bad enough to cut this post short.
