Today was the day. I increased my Candida coiling to 18 minutes. I covered the front of my body from head to toe. Tomorrow I’ll do the same on the back of my body. My plan is to cover my whole body once a day, alternating front and back.
So far, so good. I haven’t had any symptoms I usually associate with Candida die-off: gas or new acne. Of course those may come later this week. I also haven’t had any new symptoms that aren’t clearly associated with Lyme. So the first day went well.
Meanwhile, my Lyme herxes have changed. The headaches are less intense (maybe they were always Babesia?) but the kidney and intestinal problems are more intense: concentrated urine, copious urine, kidney pain, frequent loose bowels, slight pain in my lower abdomen, and nausea (for quite a while this morning) made worse by motion sickness. I’m having a fair number of bone, joint and neurological symptoms. Today’s winner is the buzzing in the arch of my left foot (would someone take the phone in there off the vibrate setting, please?). I also have pain in my hips tonight, and in my shoulder, too. Oh well. All of these are easier than blinding, debilitating headaches.
So I’m tired. And I’m trying to respect my body. My concentration is a little off, so I didn’t do much today. I guess rest was on the slow-motion agenda.
