Coiling for Lyme

Trying to cure one case of Lyme Disease

The Quiet before the Storm

I was feeling okay when I woke up this morning. No sign of a Herx from the Lyme coiling session. No sign of a Herx from the Bartonella coiling session. The only thing going on was a lump in my throat, a mild headache and insatiable hunger.

I went to a yoga class with my favorite teacher. This week, for the first time since I started doing yoga in December, I worked up a real sweat. I’ve gotten warm before. I’ve even sweated a bit. This time it was dripping down my arms and abdomen.

I’m generally careful not to do an aerobic workout because I don’t think my heart is ready yet. Right now I’m trying to reduce the infection load and build up slowly. That’s why I’ve opted for yoga once a week until I can handle twice a week, and eventually every other day.

(Secretly, I fantasize about running, biking and swimming. But those are mere fantasies at this point.)

The big thing during this class, was that we did a modified pigeon pose with our bodies resting forward over the front leg instead of arching our backs. To put it mildly, it opened up my hips. To be accurate, the hip of the front leg hurt a whole lot. Still, I got the impression that blood flow was increasing in the area rather than being cut off. I’ve been able to feel it the rest of the day. I imagine that my immune system might tackle whatever infections it found while the blood was circulating in the region.

At about 5:30 pm, the Herx descended. I could feel it in my lower back, my knees, my head, my eyes and a new fatigue. Now my shoulders are bothering me along with my neck and the back of my head. My back is itchy and slightly irritated under the skin. (Talk about unusual sensations…) My jaw is popping on the left side and the floaters are drifting across my field of vision. My typing is getting sloppy. Little by little, new symptoms are appearing this evening. The part I fear is when the migraine level headache arrives. I hope it happens when I’m sleeping.

Coiling

Tonight is Candida only. I’ve already got everything else in play.

  • Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes

Detox

I’m hoping to keep up with the mess I’m making. I forgot the homeopathic remedies this morning. But I’m taking them before bed.

  • homeopathic support
  • kombucha
  • juiced greens
  • skin brushing
  • BioMat/infrared heat (2 hours sleeping on level 2)
  • castor oil pack on liver

Body

No need to reiterate what I wrote above.
