I’m heading to visit my sister and her family in the morning. I’ll be gone for a few weeks, so I’m taking my coil machine and BioMat. I’ve spent the evening packing, deciding what to bring, cleaning out the fridge and straightening out the apartment. That took up all my time and energy.
Coiling
- Babesia, chest, 5 minutes; abdomen, 5 minutes; ilium, 1 minute each side; knees/elbows, 1 minute
- Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes; chest, 2 minutes; face, 2 minutes
Detox
- homeopathic support
- juiced greens
- cabbage
- skin brushing
- yoga
Body
As summer sets in, I’m feeling a little less overwhelmed with symptoms. The headaches today were milder. I’m less tired (but not quite energetic). The pain level in my hands and joints has gone down several notches compared to a few weeks ago.
I was okay today during yoga. I took a break part way through when my hips got wonky. I rested in child’s pose for several minutes while the rest of the class did a pose I can barely do on my best days. On the way home, though, I was limping because my left leg had sharp pains in it shooting around. After a short rest at home, they went away.
Yesterday and today I had turkey-soup-smelling urine and loose bowels. The tail end of a Lyme Herx.
