Coiling for Lyme

Trying to cure one case of Lyme Disease

Little tremors

My nervous system is starting to feel the stress. The Lyme Herx is catching up with me. It has me moving slowly with some stiffness part of the day.

I’m continuing to tackle Babesia by coiling my shoulders, even if I can only handle it every few days. I did it last night and I felt a little pain in my arms this morning. The worst of part of the reaction was around 6:30pm. My arms started trembling. I was holding the phone and I could feel it tremble against my face. I looked at the hand holding the phone, then at the other hand. Both trembling unless they were flat against a table or other surface.

The tremors went away after about 45 minutes. I found the experience unpleasant (and unfortunately not unfamiliar).

I’m not 100% sure it was the Babesia. Maybe it was the combination of Lyme and Babesia die offs. Or maybe this is what Lyme Herxes will be like this autumn.

This is yet another fear I have for the fall. As the Lyme bacteria get active and die off in bigger numbers, I’ll feel the neurological effects more strongly. I’ll get tremors. I might have trouble walking (like I did the other night) and need to unearth my cane.

Thus I’m pondering the detox protocols. I asked a friend about an herbal detox kit. I’m thinking about using it, once I make sure it doesn’t have any antibacterial ingredients.

Coiling

  • Bartonella, chest, 2 minutes; abdomen, 5 minutes
  • Babesia, ilium, 1 minute each side; knees/elbows, 1 minute; liver, 5 minutes; chest, 5 minutes
  • Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes; chest, 2 minutes

Detox

  • skin brushing
  • kombucha
  • juiced greens (double dose)
  • walk in the sunshine
  • laughter

Body

Herxing in my sleep means I wake up, wide awake, way too early. Today it was shortly before 5:30am. It took about 45 minutes to go back to sleep.

Joint aches and pains. Back aches, especially my tailbone and my upper spine.

Rash report: sternum, itchy and red; back, vertical center, right side of spine, bumpy and itchy but no discoloration.

Ear pain, eye pain, mild headache, floaters in vision.

Loose bowels. Urinary hesitation only in the morning. Tender, swollen glands at the base of my back.

Some muscle pain from yoga yesterday, primarily in my shoulders and upper arms.

And, of course, 45 minutes of tremors in my hands.
