My head is killing me. These headaches are really getting to me. They start at 3 or 4 pm and continue until I go to bed. This happened on Rocephin, too. They became a daily occurrence with greater severity once I stopped taking Malarone. It makes me wonder if my theory that they are caused by Babesia is true. Of course, one of my doctors was convinced that it was a Lyme infection in my skull bones. Maybe I need to coil my head.
This is how I end up trying things: I consider them for several days or weeks, noticing whether they make sense to try, then jump in. I’m guessing that by the end of the week, I’ll have done my first Babesia treatment.
Meanwhile, I’m keeping this short tonight. I’m dealing with a crisis in my family because I’m not the only one who is sick. For the next few days, I may not have that much attention for writing. Still, I’m committed to recording what I do with the coil machine and detox program.
Coiling
Today is a Bartonella day. Nothing fancy. Just slowly climbing towards 5 minutes on my abdomen before I start adding in other body parts.
- Bartonella, abdomen, 3 minutes 45 seconds
- Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes
Detox
Juicing is suspended until further notice, not because it wasn’t working, but it requires more work than my mom or I can handle for the next few days or so.
- homeopathic support
- kombucha
- skin brushing
- infrared heat (3 hours on low setting)
- castor oil pack on liver
I used the BioMat for the last two hours that I slept this morning, and again a little while later when I was too tired to be upright.
Body
My main issues are fatigue and the daily pm headache (which I’m currently suffering from). The first half of the day, the only other major pain was in my fingers. I had minor pain in my knees, but nothing too bad. The second half of the day, my shoulder joined the chorus of hurts and the floaters in my vision returned.
The fatigue was pretty close to weakness, especially early in the day. I felt like I needed to lie down because my body might shut down if I pushed it. By the afternoon, sitting with my feet up was enough to keep me from suffering.
Last night, I had a minor night sweat. When I went to bed and again this morning, I had the sharp pain in the nerve bundle where my left outer thigh meets my hip.
