After a few days away, I’m back on my Lyme et al. treatment regimen. As you’ll see in the regular sections, I’m coiling and detoxing again.
I’m also exhausted. I traveled today. I spent the past few days living right at the limit of my energy. It was great to do that, to spend all my time with my nephew, to help out my sister and her husband, to be exactly who I want to be as a human being. It was perfect for my soul.
Still, as I reminded my sister this morning when I was feeling very achy in my major joints (knees, hips, lower back, shoulders and elbows) that even after the Herx dies down, even on days when I don’t accidentally eat something that doesn’t agree with me, I still have active infections that cause symptoms. I contrast the sudden, extreme symptoms of a Herx with the slow building symptoms of Lyme. My joints hurt more today than the previous days. My back was bothering me more. I remembered that all spring, the Lyme bacteria are coming out of cyst form and getting active. I know that they’re in my joints. And today, I can feel them.
I cheated on my restrictive diet today. I had rice noodles at a Vietnamese restaurant. The dish was delicious: vermicelli with tofu and peanuts on top, served with lettuce, carrots, bean sprouts and mint. There was a vinegar based dipping sauce on the side for the vermicelli. Fabulous!
I’m hoping that I’ve done enough coiling and other treatments for candida that I won’t suffer too much tomorrow. I don’t know if I can feel the Lyme and co-infections that clearly after eating grains. I’ll find out in the morning.
Tonight I treated the co-infections. The lump in my throat reappeared when I coiled for Babesia.
- Bartonella, abdomen, 4 minutes 15 seconds
- Babesia, chest, 1 minute
- Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes
I won’t get to everything tonight, but I’m heading back into detox mode.
- juiced greens
- lemon water
- skin brushing
- BioMat/infrared heat (1 hour on level 4)
I woke up tired at 8am. Then I stayed in bed for an hour reading a few comic-type essays about Japan. Other than the overt racism, some of the stories were interesting.
I’ve had a pain in the center of my back, between the bottom of my shoulder blades and just below that, for several days. Last night right before I went to sleep, the area started to itch. I wonder what that means.
As mentioned above, my major joints were hurting. My morning urine had the Lyme Herx smell to it, which went away later in the day. I stayed tired all day. My headache didn’t start until after I got off the plane in New York.
Tonight, I’m mostly tired with eye pain and a strong desire for a long sleep.
