The average American needs to consume less calories, fat and salt. Or at least that’s what all the studies say. It might be true about the calories and salt. I’ve written about fat before, and I think that for a balanced diet, Americans might need more fat and less carbs. But that’s besides the point I’m making tonight.
As I mentioned yesterday, my cholesterol is currently very low. So low that my doctor gets concerned about my nerve cells. This was true when I first got diagnosed with Lyme disease 3 years ago. Then there was the low blood pressure, which I occasionally still have. Thus I need to eat more salt and fat. Yay!
I want to break out the nachos and potato chips. Too bad I’m allergic to corn and potatoes. Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to eat salt (pickles anyone?) and coconut oil has saturated fat in it (yummy coconut milk ice cream).
Today I got to indulge both at the same time: lobster. Plenty of cholesterol and plenty salty. It was delicious.
Coiling
I’m starting to factor in more Candida coiling. It’s not my primary target, but if I can get rid of this infection the Herxes might become less intense.
- Babesia, chest, 5 minutes; liver, 5 minutes
- Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes; chest, 2 minutes
Detox
I did the full complement today. I haven’t added in any of the new things I described yesterday, but I’m finally getting back on track with the regular stuff.
- homeopathic support
- kombucha
- juiced greens
- skin brushing
- BioMat
- castor oil pack on abdomen
Body
I didn’t sleep much last night. It took a long time to fall asleep, and then I found myself awake several times. One of them was with a full bladder, I sat for a long time with urinary hesitation, waiting to go but feeling like I might explode. I always attribute this to Bartonella. I have no idea why.
The hip and leg pain from yesterday is gone.
I had loose bowels again this morning.
I’ve had a headache all day. My eyeballs hurt most of the morning. Then the light sensitivity started and the pain came back again.
I’ve been tired, wanting to lie on the BioMat, but needed to be upright to see friends who visited and then to spend time with Dad for his birthday. I’m hoping I’ll be able to sleep better tonight.
Tonight my chest is bothering me. It hurts to breathe. I’m huffing a bit. But it’s more pain than constriction in my bronchial tubes.
