I had a lot of computer activity this evening. I wrote an extremely long email (or two) to some friends and now my hands are pretty much done until tomorrow.
I’m coiling for Babesia every day now. Partly I think I have to do it that often to rout out the infection. Partly the Herxes aren’t too bad. Partly I don’t want to deal with the intense fatigue of the infection getting active.
I bumped up my Lyme coiling session by 30 seconds. The last treatment wasn’t too bad. The Herx is essentially over now, or at least the parts that cause noticeable symptoms. So I’m ready to try again.
- Lyme disease, lower back, 3 minutes 30 seconds
- Babesia, chest, 2 minutes 30 seconds; liver, 1 minute 30 seconds
- Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes
Today was cabbage! I love my sauteed cabbage. I added some turmeric at the end because I’m trying to consume it more often. It rounded out the flavor so well. (For those who are new to my cabbage recipe, it also has ghee, hing, dried dill and sea salt.)
The local vegetable store had wild dandelion greens again. I added it to the juice today instead of arugula. It was delicious.
- homeopathic support
- juiced greens
- skin brushing
- castor oil pack on liver
I slept on the BioMat all night, level 1. I felt very relaxed in the morning.
I love the warmer weather, mid to upper 70s deg F during the day, low 60s at night. If it could just stay this way…
Night sweat last night. That’s the Babesia Herx.
My headache was gone this morning. In fact, it calmed down about an hour after I took the colestid (2 pills) last night.
I was tired again today. It felt like left over fatigue from yoga yesterday. I had no major muscle pain, but my muscles felt tired and heavy.
I have some pain in my legs, milder than Sunday, and lots of pain in my hands. Typing a lot makes it worse. Typing also turns my arms and shoulders into pain factories.
I’ve had floaters and light sensitivity all day. Tonight it’s turning into a headache, worse on the right. I have moderate earache on the right side.
I’ve had low back pain for part of the day. The gland at the bottom left side of my back is still swollen and sore.
