The Lyme treatment yesterday has really knocked me out. Apparently I mis-timed it. I figured I had 2 or 3 days before I felt the effects, long enough to be through the Herx from increasing my coiling time on Bartonella.
So what is this Herx like?
It started with vivid, upsetting dreams this morning. I had no headache for the first hour after I woke up, but the light sensitivity caught me and the headache began. By 10am, I had a pain on the left side of my head, especially my ear and eye, that ran down into my shoulder. My shoulder felt out of position and I had to keep popping it until it found a decent position. Still, it hurt and hurt for hours. Then my jaw, on the left side, kept popping in and out of its proper location. That was another source of pain.
I rested a whole bunch today, the kind of fatigue where I’m not quite plastered to the couch, but I’m not interested in doing anything. Lots of time with a headache and light sensitivity, even after I took another 2 pill dose of colestid. My right hand was tingling on and off. I’ve had pain in my hands all day, especially my knuckles. My other joints are aching as well, most intensely in my knees.
Since I took the colestid, I’ve been fairly nauseated, forcing me to cut down what I consume, so I have to skip the juiced greens today.
I went for a walk this evening to pick up kombucha. The ambiant temperature dropped and I felt a bit chilly. Then I had a hot flash, complete with copious, smelly sweat. Yuck.
Meanwhile I’ve been feeling a bit more emotional than usual. Partly it’s because my cat, Punky, is terminally ill. Partly, this Herx is kicking my butt and I don’t want to do anything. Funny how that happens right after I spend a day thinking about what I want to do with my life once I start feeling better.
Coiling
I’m taking it easy today. I’m keeping up with the Babesia, but I’m postponing Bartonella for a day. The Babesia coiling gave me a lump in my throat and some chest compression, causing me to take magnesium.

Detox
Probably lighter than it should be given that I’m Herxing, but I do what I can manage.

Coiling for Lyme 
Im trying to use my coil but always stop because I get too sick.
Can you share what frequencies your using? Right now I’m using 432 for just a few seconds and now just started Bartenella for 45 sec on abdomen at 832
