Coiling for Lyme

Trying to cure one case of Lyme Disease

Summer is my best season. My body works best in warm weather. As long as I can breathe, which I can when the humidity isn’t excessive, I’m happy in the heat.

It got pretty warm today, I think 86 deg. F. in Jackson Heights, where I live. I went for a walk in the late afternoon. My limbs felt limber. I went for a short walk and when I got near my apartment, I added a few more blocks. As I was walking, I noticed my step was jaunty and easy.

This felt like a miracle. I looked down my block and I remembered how long it used to seem to hobble down the street to the entrance of my building, leaning heavily on a cane.

Life has gotten so much better.

I’m scaling back a little on the Babesia treatment. I’ve had a lot of cardiac issues. I’m afraid that coiling my shoulder blades has taken me over the edge of how much toxins my body can tolerate in the vicinity of my heart.

I coiled for Bartonella, but I left out my head. I’m not ready for that to be a regular occurrence just yet. I think I’m Herxing tonight from coiling my head two days ago because I have a headache with eye pain and light sensitivity.

  • Bartonella, abdomen, 5 minutes; chest, 2 minutes
  • Babesia, liver, 5 minutes; chest, 5 minutes; ilium, 1 minute each side; knees/elbows, 1 minute
  • Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes; chest, 2 minutes; face, 2 minutes

I had a pound of sauteed cabbage for dinner. This is my detox treat. I hope it makes up for the fact that I didn’t have any juiced greens today.

  • homeopathic support
  • kombucha
  • cabbage
  • skin brushing
  • acupuncture
  • BioMat (no heat setting)
  • castor oil pack on liver

I had another big night sweat last night. Then I woke up wet again in the morning. I’m detoxing through my skin, and the hot weather is supporting that process.

My heart and chest were bothering me again today. My apetite came back, but I got nauseated when I was in the car. I saw my acupuncturist and asked her to fix the stomach and heart problems. I think she gets a kick out of it when I demand a miracle in one treatment.

I went up and down more stairs than I wanted to today because my elevator wasn’t working. Between the stairs and the acupuncture, I was pretty wiped out for a chunk of the afternoon. But when I got up, I was well enough to go for a walk and to cook up some cabbage. My heart felt better for a while, but as the night wears on, I can feel my chest getting tight again.

I’ve had a lot of floaters in my vision today. The light sensitivity is coming back, starting at around 3 this afternoon. My headache kicked in at 5pm or so.

I’m sweating plenty. I assume it’s good for me. I’m trying to keep up my fluid intake to compensate.

And I’m sad. One of my favorite people (my dad’s cousin) died this morning. I’ll miss her.
