Coiling for Lyme

Trying to cure one case of Lyme Disease

Packing

I’m going on a retreat to a handicapped accessible site for a long weekend. These are the weekends that keep me afloat, making it possible for me to hang onto my dreams.

Packing is never easy.

I have to bring some of my own food. (Other retreat locations, I have to bring all of my own food.) I have to pack up all the supplements I need. I have to have clothing for indoors and outdoors, because I get cold so easily. Then I have the usual stuff that people bring.

Somehow, each time I travel, ever since I got sick, it feels like a big production. In contrast, I used to go to San Francisco for work for three or four days at a time carrying a backpack on the plane with my laptop and clean clothes.

This is my  last blog until Monday.

Coiling

  • Babesia, ilium, 1 minute each side; knees/elbows, 1 minute; chest, 10 minutes
  • Bartonella, chest, 2 minutes; abdomen, 5 minutes
  • Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes; chest, 2 minutes

Detox

  • skin brushing
  • juiced greens (3 cups)
  • kombucha (homemade)

The kombucha was a bit strong. It brought tears to my eyes…I think I added too much vinegar to the brew!

Body

No night sweat last night, just damp hair in the morning. I had a hard time falling asleep. Not sure if it’s pms or from Lyme coiling. But I slept well all night.

My peripheral neurological symptoms are starting to diminish. I’m still itchy, but the tingling and pain in my arms and legs is less intense and less often as of today.

My joints, however, are still in a lot of pain, still feeling like they are stiff and swollen (though nothing is visible). My back and ribs are hurting. My abdomen is still swollen and hard. My headache is shifting position and is less intense than the past few days. Still with the eye pain and ear pain…
